Informing about the right to withdraw from the contract

Only the Customer who is a Consumer is entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period. According to Art. 22 (1) of the Civil Code, a Consumer is defined as a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to his/her economic or professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item.

Returns are possible only for unused products. As a rule, returned goods must return to us intact, with no signs of use.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (sent by e-mail).

Refunds are made only after the Seller evaluates the returned goods – no later than 7 days after receipt of the return, the Seller confirms acceptance of the return and transfers the due amounts to the Buyer.
